It is with great pleasure that we announce the naming of the Ladies award at the Highland Classic Two Day Trial – Scotland’s friendliest classic trial!

In honour of the lady who rode national, SSDT and ISDT events, with support from Comerford’s and Bill Slocombe on Greeves and BSA machinery, who would go on to become the Competitions Manager at the Auto-Cycle Union – Mrs. Mary Driver.

From 2026 onwards the Mary Driver Challenge Award will be presented for the Best performance by a lady competitor on either the A or B route. The winner of this award will receive glassware to keep.
