We launched in 2025 the ‘LAIRD JAMIE’S CHALLENGE’, which is innovative in that it is one lap per day of the Highland Classic route  and allows our more senior riders to still compete and enjoy their trialing on Alvie Estate.

It proved a popular development, so we have continued it and were presented with a suitable trophy, a crystal vase gifted by 1979 World Trials Champion, Bernie Schreiber from his personal collection of trophies. In fact it was presented to him in the year he won his world championship in Czechoslovakia.

It is now called the SCHREIBER VASE.
