Terry Hill Challenge Award

Commencing in 2026, the organisers will present the following award:

The Terry Hill Challenge Award, for the best performance by a rider who is resident in Northern Ireland or the Republic on either the A or B routes. (Note: The lowest individual number of marks will determine the best performance on either of the two routes A or B. If there is a tie on marks, the oldest competitor will be declared the best performer.)

The award is in remembrance of Terry Hill who was a well known Irish trials rider who rode a factory supplied BSA and then Bultacos. He competed in many Scottish Six Days Trials and there is a memorial trial held in his native Ireland. Terry was also a sponsor of many Irish competitors.
